About the role
- Perform Data Management activities for sponsor’s commercial and development projects worldwide
- Lead a large clinical study or series with minimum guidance
- Manage and monitor the progress of data management activities with CROs
- Review protocols for data capture
- Interact with CRAs, programmers, study managers and statisticians
- Lead development of data edit check specifications
- Maintain study workbooks and data management files
- Provide training on EDC system at Investigator Meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in the scientific/healthcare field
- Proven leadership experience
- Good project management skills
- At least five years’ or preferably up to 8 years' experience in Data Management for the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry
- Understanding of Phase I – IV clinical studies
- Comprehensive understanding of regulatory guidelines and industry standards
- Attention to detail and individual as well as team working abilities
- Strong English language written and verbal communication skills
- Solid computer system and technical skills
