About the role
- Manage study and regional or specific country level activities from study startup through conduct and study close on studies of limited complexity
- Support Global Study Managers (GSMs) and oversee the preferred Contract Research Organization (pCRO) at country level
- Ensure compliance with relevant global and local regulations
- Provide country level input on startup and recruitment milestones
- Drive specific countries, execute tasks of moderate complexity and develop solutions to problems as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s of Science or Bachelor’s of Arts degree
- Minimum 5 years of relevant operational clinical trial experience
- Master’s of Science or Master’s of Business Administration degree with a minimum 3 years of relevant operational clinical trial experience preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of managing and coordinating specific tasks and responsibilities as part of a larger study management team
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice and clinical and regulatory operations
- Demonstrated clinical research experience
- Ability to work outside of core business hours, as required, to support global trials or initiatives
- Fluency in written and spoken English required.
