Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in an SDR, BDR, or junior AE role — with a track record of building pipeline and booking meetings in competitive markets.
- A natural prospector.
- Commercially curious.
- Fluent in German and English, written and spoken.
- AI-native in your workflow.
- DACH market knowledge is a strong plus.
- Background in SaaS, e-commerce, logistics, or technology is an advantage.
