Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in an SDR, BDR, or junior AE role — with a track record of building pipeline and booking meetings in competitive markets.
  • A natural prospector.
  • Commercially curious.
  • Fluent in German and English, written and spoken.
  • AI-native in your workflow.
  • DACH market knowledge is a strong plus.
  • Background in SaaS, e-commerce, logistics, or technology is an advantage.
