Requirements
What you’ll need- Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls across enterprise environments.
- Support SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, and firewall technologies.
- Participate in vulnerability management and remediation initiatives.
- Conduct security monitoring, analysis, and incident response support.
- Assist with threat modeling and risk assessments.
- Maintain secure system configurations and security baselines.
- Support compliance activities aligned with NIST, CIS, and organizational policies.
- Investigate security alerts and assist with threat hunting activities.
- Participate in security tool deployment and optimization projects.
- Create technical documentation and operational procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2 to 4 years of cybersecurity engineering experience.
- Experience supporting security operations and implementing security controls.
- Familiarity with SIEM platforms, IDS/IPS technologies, EDR solutions, Firewall platforms.
- Understanding of Threat modeling, Vulnerability management, Secure configuration baselines.
- Knowledge of NIST Cybersecurity Framework, CIS Controls, Security compliance frameworks.
- Security certifications such as Security+, CISSP, Similar industry-recognized certifications.
- Experience with CrowdStrike Falcon, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Splunk Enterprise Security.
