About the role

  • Therapy planning: master data maintenance and system administration
  • Recording and implementation of medical prescriptions/orders
  • Creation of appointment schedules for patients
  • Acting as the interface to the involved professional groups (shift schedule changes, etc.)
  • Optimization of planning processes and leadership of the monthly interdisciplinary working group “Appointment Scheduling”

Requirements

  • Qualification in physiotherapy, a degree in sports science, or completed vocational training as a certified sports teacher (Dipl.-Sportlehrer) or masseur/medical bath attendant (m/f/d)
  • Experience in the rehabilitation sector is desirable
  • Enjoyment of working with people
  • Independent working style, sense of responsibility, patience, empathy and resilience
  • Discretion and reliability
  • Very good PC skills (MS Office) are required
  • Experience with computer-based planning/scheduling software
