About the role
- Support and organization of the orthopedic/surgically led outpatient clinics as well as the BG (statutory accident insurance) consultation clinic
- Appointment management, office communication and administrative tasks
- Assistance during minor procedures
- Performing pre-admission diagnostics
Requirements
- Completed medical vocational training, e.g. in health and nursing, as a Medical Assistant (MFA) or medical assistant
- Solid professional knowledge, empathy, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to cooperate across departments
- Responsible personality with an independent, patient-focused working style
