Play a pivotal role in our product team, closely working with Product Management and Development.
Translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements, grooming and prioritizing the product backlog.
Collaborate with developers throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring new features meet high standards for quality.
Maintain efficiency and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment as an Agile process champion.
Define and write acceptance criteria for all user stories to guide the testing process.

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a business analyst (or related role in product/business analysis) in a software development environment, preferably with SaaS products.
Demonstrated ability to understand complex software systems and workflows in a cloud-based product setting.
Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and deep familiarity with the software Scrum certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Master or similar) is required.
Proficiency with team collaboration and project management tools, especially Atlassian Confluence for documentation and knowledge sharing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
