About the role

  • Post and apply cash receipts and support AR operations
  • Manage and resolve customer trade deductions
  • Analyze deductions, identify trends, and root causes
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to resolve discrepancies
  • Support month-end close and reconciliations
  • Assist with process improvements and special projects

Requirements

  • 1+ year of Accounts Receivable experience (CPG a plus)
  • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups)
  • Understanding of debits & credits
  • Experience with trade deductions and customer portals
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business
