About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the accounting inbox and follow up on incoming requests
Record supplier invoices in the ERP (Odoo), ensuring correct accounting and tax allocation, primarily according to Spanish standards
Participate in accounting tasks for the French subsidiary in accordance with local regulations
Prepare bi-weekly payment batches for approval and execution
Develop and optimize data-entry processes in Odoo
Assist external accountants by providing required information and resolving variances during monthly closings (mainly for Spain, in coordination with France)
Update and reconcile bank transaction files to ensure reliable financial tracking
Verify invoices processed via Payhawk, ensuring compliance and accuracy

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in accounting or finance
Good knowledge of Spanish accounting standards (PGC) and related taxation
Basic to intermediate knowledge of French accounting
Experience with an ERP, ideally Odoo
Strong Excel skills (data management, reconciliations, basic formulas)
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities across different entities and meet deadlines
Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners
Professional English required; French and/or Spanish appreciated
Diploma such as BTS in Accounting and Management, DCG, or equivalent
