About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the accounting inbox and follow up on incoming requests
  • Record supplier invoices in the ERP (Odoo), ensuring correct accounting and tax allocation, primarily according to Spanish standards
  • Participate in accounting tasks for the French subsidiary in accordance with local regulations
  • Prepare bi-weekly payment batches for approval and execution
  • Develop and optimize data-entry processes in Odoo
  • Assist external accountants by providing required information and resolving variances during monthly closings (mainly for Spain, in coordination with France)
  • Update and reconcile bank transaction files to ensure reliable financial tracking
  • Verify invoices processed via Payhawk, ensuring compliance and accuracy

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in accounting or finance
  • Good knowledge of Spanish accounting standards (PGC) and related taxation
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of French accounting
  • Experience with an ERP, ideally Odoo
  • Strong Excel skills (data management, reconciliations, basic formulas)
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across different entities and meet deadlines
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners
  • Professional English required; French and/or Spanish appreciated
  • Diploma such as BTS in Accounting and Management, DCG, or equivalent
