About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and manage the PMR division to deliver insights-driven market research solutions to Life Sciences clients
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expand our PMR offerings
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business objectives and providing customized research solutions to meet their needs
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from proposal development and study design to data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of research deliverables by adhering to best practices and industry standards
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and innovate our service offerings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to support business development initiatives and drive revenue growth
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to team members to foster a culture of excellence and professional development
- Contribute to growing Pando’s global HCP panel
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 6-8 years of Experience in the Life Sciences industry
- Proven track record of success in leading and managing market research projects from conception to completion
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team building, talent development, and driving results
- Client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs
- Experience in a successful startup or similar fast paced environment
