About the role
- Support A&A client services by assisting with for-profit audits, reviews, and compilations within the Accounting & Auditing Department.
- Assist with client communication, explain audit procedures, respond to documentation requests, and build professional relationships.
- Prepare financial reports and documentation that support audit findings and client decision-making, ensuring accuracy and compliance with professional standards.
- Conduct research activities and perform administrative tasks to ensure efficient audit operations and support broader firm objectives.
- Contribute to the firm’s advisory, tax, and wealth management services by supporting A&A client service delivery and professional standards.
Requirements
- 3-8 years of public accounting experience with another accounting firm, demonstrating progression in audit and assurance responsibilities.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting (or related field) with a CPA certificate.
- CPA certification (listed as foundation/requirement).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
