About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, execute, and optimize programmatic campaigns across native and display channels;
- Own and scale campaigns on Taboola and other native/content discovery platforms;
- Lead creative testing initiatives — developing structured frameworks to test hooks, formats, and messaging at scale;
- Analyze performance data and drive continuous improvement across the funnel;
- Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to test and iterate on ad content;
- Identify new inventory sources and audience opportunities to expand reach.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven hands-on experience managing programmatic campaigns — Taboola experience is a must
- Experience with platforms like NewsBreak, Outbrain, Revcontent, or similar native/content discovery sources is a strong plus
- Extensive experience with creative testing: A/B testing, multivariate testing, and creative performance analysis
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in performance reporting and optimization
- Ability to manage budgets effectively and hit CPA/ROAS targets
- Self-starter who thrives in a remote, fast-paced environment.
