- Are you a therapist who enjoys working with a varied caseload — individuals, teens, adults, and couples? At Palo Alto Therapy, we're a therapist-owned practice with a collaborative, supportive culture, and we're looking for someone who's comfortable and enthusiastic about working across multiple populations.
- Our administrative team handles scheduling, billing, and marketing so you can stay focused on what you do best: great clinical work. Clients are carefully matched to therapists based on clinical interest and fit — so you're working with people you're genuinely passionate about helping.
- Why Work with Us?**Competitive Compensation**: $95–$110/hour (part-time) or $100,000 salary (full-time) as a W-2 employee

Requirements
What you’ll need- - Active California license required (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC)
- - Experience working with individuals, teens, and couples required
- - Training in Gottman Method or EFT preferred
- - Comfortable using evidence-based approaches (CBT and other modalities)
- - Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- - Available at least 2 afternoons or evenings per week (weekends a plus)
- **Locations:** Palo Alto, Menlo Park, CA | In-person and hybrid options available
