  • Are you a therapist who enjoys working with a varied caseload — individuals, teens, adults, and couples? At Palo Alto Therapy, we're a therapist-owned practice with a collaborative, supportive culture, and we're looking for someone who's comfortable and enthusiastic about working across multiple populations.
  • Our administrative team handles scheduling, billing, and marketing so you can stay focused on what you do best: great clinical work. Clients are carefully matched to therapists based on clinical interest and fit — so you're working with people you're genuinely passionate about helping.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • - Active California license required (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC)
  • - Experience working with individuals, teens, and couples required
  • - Training in Gottman Method or EFT preferred
  • - Comfortable using evidence-based approaches (CBT and other modalities)
  • - Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
  • - Available at least 2 afternoons or evenings per week (weekends a plus)
  • **Locations:** Palo Alto, Menlo Park, CA | In-person and hybrid options available
