Key responsibilities & impact

Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online chat to understand their travel needs and preferences
Research and recommend destinations, flights, accommodations, and activities based on client's budget and preferences
Create customized itineraries and travel packages for clients
Handle all aspects of the booking process, including making reservations, processing payments, and issuing travel documents
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire travel process
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, travel regulations, and new destinations to better serve our clients
Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient booking process
Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company

Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations, airlines, and hotel chains
Proficient in using online booking systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and remotely
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Must be located in the US, Mexico, or Australia
