About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Write high-performing UGC scripts for paid social campaigns across TikTok, Meta, and other short-form platforms
- Develop social-first concepts, hooks, ad angles, and video structures designed for conversion
- Collaborate with creative strategists, editors, creators, and media buyers to improve ad performance
- Adapt messaging quickly based on performance insights and creative testing results
- Contribute to organic social content ideation where needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven hands-on experience writing for social-first video content
- Strong experience creating UGC scripts is required
- Deep understanding of TikTok/Reels-style pacing, hooks, retention, and creator-led storytelling
- Ability to write direct-response focused copy that feels native and authentic
- Portfolio or examples of relevant UGC / organic social work required
- Paid social experience is a plus, but not essential
