About the role

  • Design and iterate on the Paintgun platform used to share creative assets with customers and collect feedback
  • Create intuitive user flows for launching ad creatives into ad channels and managing approvals
  • Translate performance data into clear, understandable interfaces that show what creatives are performing and why
  • Collaborate closely with product, creative, and engineering teams to improve usability and clarity

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design, ideally for web-based platforms
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design, workflows, and interface thinking
  • Proficiency in tools such as Figma and modern design systems
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information hierarchy
  • Ability to balance visual design with functional, data-driven interfaces.
