About the role

  • Develop and oversee creative concepts for video campaigns, from ideation to final cut
  • Storyboard and direct short-form videos that resonate with social audiences
  • Collaborate with creators, editors, and internal teams to ensure content feels authentic and on-brand
  • Lead visual storytelling across channels with a strong sense of narrative, pacing, and audience engagement
  • Continuously test and iterate video formats based on performance and platform trends

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in video content creation, ideally in a creative agency or social-first brand (share your portfolio)
  • Proven experience storyboarding and directing short-form videos for platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram
  • Strong understanding of creator-style content — raw, engaging, and optimized for social (not overly polished)
  • Comfortable leading creative direction from concept to post-production
  • Bonus: experience working directly with creators or influencers
