Own the delivery and execution of Workday system changes, configurations, and enhancements across multiple modules (e.g., FINS, HCM, Adaptive Planning)
Translate Finance, HR and business requirements into functional designs and configurations, working closely with the Workday SME and stakeholders
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of system changes and related projects, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, documentation, training, deployment, and budget oversight
Directly configure Workday, including business processes, security roles, calculated fields, condition rules, and reporting
Partner with IT and vendors to manage integrations, data loads, security updates, and system performance
Support Workday release cycles: analyse new features, assess impacts, lead testing, and drive adoption of relevant functionality
Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting, working closely with Finance and HR to resolve system issues promptly
Maintain system documentation, data integrity controls, audit logs, and compliance standards, ensuring robust change management processes
Lead initiatives around Workday reporting, dashboards, and analytics governance
Develop training materials and support structures to ensure user proficiency and smooth adoption
Requirements
Significant hands-on Workday configuration experience across multiple modules, with a focus on building and configuring
Proven track record of delivering system changes and enhancements in Workday within a global or multi-country environment
Deep understanding of Finance and HR processes, data structures, security models, and system dependencies
Strong collaboration skills across HR, IT, vendors, and stakeholders
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and delivering under tight timelines
Workday certifications or advanced configuration training strongly preferred
Fluent in English (spoken & written)
Nice-to-have: Workday certifications (FINS, HCM, Reporting, etc.) or equivalent expertise
Nice-to-have: Experience managing integrations and support workflows
