Own the delivery and execution of Workday system changes, configurations, and enhancements across multiple modules (FINS, HCM, Adaptive Planning)
Translate Finance, HR and business requirements into functional designs and configurations with Workday SMEs and stakeholders
Manage end-to-end lifecycle of system changes and related projects: requirements gathering, configuration, testing, documentation, training, deployment, and budget oversight
Hands-on configuration of Workday: business processes, security roles, calculated fields, condition rules, and reporting
Partner with IT and vendors to manage integrations, data loads, security updates, and system performance
Support Workday release cycles: analyse new features, assess impacts, lead testing, and drive adoption
Provide day-to-day system support and troubleshooting, resolving issues with Finance and HR
Maintain governance and compliance: system documentation, data integrity controls, audit logs, and change management processes
Lead Workday reporting, dashboards, and analytics governance
Develop training materials and support structures to ensure user proficiency and continuous improvement
