About the role
- Execute investment strategies aligned with the Bank’s objectives and investment policy
- Perform deep-dive balance sheet, cash flow, and P&L analysis to assess investment opportunities and structuring options
- Author high-quality Investment Memoranda covering financials, markets, and competitive dynamics for senior committees
- Engage with investee companies, negotiate terms, structure deals, and manage post-investment relationships
- Collaborate with relationship managers and internal teams to ensure seamless deal progression
- Ensure regulatory adherence (particularly AML) and maintain disciplined risk assessments
- Monitor economic trends, industry developments, and trading updates to guide investment decision-making
- Evaluate complex financial statements and steer opportunities from origination through execution
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in private credit, financial advisory, deal structuring, asset management, or credit origination
- Proven expertise in company analysis, forecasting, financial modelling, and investment financing documentation
- Solid knowledge of capital markets, regulatory frameworks, and credit risk assessment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or Finance (Master’s preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management, multi-tasking, and process improvement experience
- Familiarity with AI tools to optimize analysis, workflows, and team efficiency
- Willingness to travel for key client and investor meetings
- Strong negotiation, writing, and presentation skills
- Analytical excellence and strategic mindset
- Experience with AML/regulatory compliance and disciplined risk assessments
