About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide support in overall project management, coordination, and fiduciary oversight to ensure the timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of all project outputs and outcomes.
Lead the day-to-day operations of the project, ensuring effective coordination among all executing and partner entities.
Ensure that project activities are implemented on schedule, within budget, and according to the specified technical standards.
Support all financial management aspects in strict compliance with PACT's Regulatory Framework and AF Operational Policies.
Monitor project progress against the Results Framework, including core AF indicators and gender-disaggregated targets.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between PACT, CZMAI, NMS, and other key partners.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A bachelor’s degree in Climate Change Adaptation, Natural Resources Management, Environmental Science, Coastal Zone Management, International Development, or related field with additional 3 years of relevant experience related to Project Management.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in managing multi-stakeholder development projects, preferably in climate adaptation, environment, or natural resources sectors.
Experience with international donor-funded projects (e.g., Adaptation Fund, Green Climate Fund, GEF, World Bank, UNDP).
Experience in financial management, budget oversight, and procurement in compliance with international fiduciary standards.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, with the ability to prepare high-quality technical and financial reports for PACT.
Ability to communicate in Spanish would be an asset.
