Key responsibilities & impact

Lead change activity across programmes
Conduct change impact assessments and design interventions
Drive readiness activity and manage adoption risks
Design and deliver stakeholder engagement approaches
Develop communications, training and support materials
Track adoption and ensure change can be embedded
Maintain governance, including RAID, reporting and documentation
Contribute to internal tools, methods and continuous improvement
Work closely with delivery, data and partner teams to achieve sustainable outcomes
Regularly travel to partner sites across the UK and Ireland as needed

Requirements

Experience in change, transformation or delivery roles
Strong understanding of change management principles
Experience delivering change activity within programmes
Ability to translate system/process change into user impact
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Organised, analytical and proactive
Change certification (e.g. PROSCI, APMG) desirable
Higher education or transformation programme experience desirable
Consultancy or system implementation exposure desirable
