About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide technical advice to customers, include providing technical support to customer’s inquiries, crafting solutions to customers’ projects and generating price quotes with detailed project design.
Understand customers’ pain points, provide troubleshooting service and resolve customers' complaints regarding technical issues.
If necessary, advise them of additional services and product solutions.
Maintain close communication with customers.
Facilitate communications between customers and cross-functional teams including Marketing, BD, PM and Production Team.
Organize and provide internal technical training by delivering presentations or/and demos.
Demonstrate technical expertise when attending trade shows or exhibitions.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Immunology, Virology, Neuroscience, Gene Therapy, Biomedical Sciences, or a related life science discipline.
Native or professional-level proficiency in written and spoken Chinese.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong ability to read, interpret, and apply scientific literature.
Hands-on research experience in molecular biology, cell biology, virology, gene therapy, gene delivery, or related fields.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach.
