Electric Utility Worker

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Load and unload equipment and materials
- Perform construction work in the field, in all weather conditions
- Use and maintain various hand and power tools
- Follow the direction of their journey line worker or supervisor
- Must work safely at all times as defined by PG&E's safety standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must possess a High School diploma or GED
- Must possess a valid Class C California Driver's License
- Ability to work in all types of weather extremes
- Ability to drive safely in all weather and road conditions
- Ability to work extended hours, nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to travel and transfer to a new headquarters upon request
- Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds
- Must be able to work in a confined space and elevated areas
