About the role

  • Designs, develops, modifies, configures, debugs and evaluates application programs for functional business areas.
  • Analyzes existing applications and systems and formulates logic for new systems, devises logic procedures, logical database design, performs coding and tests/debugs programs.
  • Consults with business analysts and architects to understand, anticipate, and meet current and future business needs.
  • Modifies and configures applications/systems as specified in the requirements and/or technical design document.
  • Prepares and obtains approval of system and development documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
  • 10 years job-related experience
  • Experience with programming languages
  • Leadership experience, development teams
  • Masters Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience (Desired)
  • 5+ years experience in Application support operations lead role (Desired)
  • 5+ years’ experience with ArcMap, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise products (Desired)
  • Experience with ESRI Utility network data model (Desired)
  • Experience with programming languages - Python, C#, Java Script, PL Sql (Desired)
  • Expert with AWS Cloud technologies (Desired)
  • Experience with Scaled agile methodologies, Dev Sec Ops standards (Desired)
  • Experience with ITSM processes like Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Configuration Management and Asset Management (Desired)
