About the role
- Support/monitor the compliance and/or risk management framework & tools
- Evaluate the outputs of Electric Operations processes to provide feedback on quality, controls, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and maintain a risk register, coordinating with various risk owners to track operational & enterprise risks
- Support change management, training, and communication of compliance and/or risk management standards
- Act as a liaison with regulatory agencies and respond to data/reporting inquiries.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
- Job-related experience, 7 years
- Experience in risk management, 4 years
- Experience in compliance, 4 years
- Experience as a journeyman Lineman, Electric Estimator, Service Planner or Engineer, 4 years
- CIA-Certified Internal Auditor certification
- CRM-Certified Risk Manager certification
- Advanced skills in MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CoPilot, and PowerBI.
