About the role
- Work on leading national and international projects for exciting companies
- Provide consulting in client projects on system architecture and integration
- Serve as a sparring partner for p78 SAP SuccessFactors consultants
- Develop technical concepts to implement customer-specific extension and integration scenarios
- Take internal module responsibility for SAP SF Platform / Foundation
Requirements
- Broad knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors suite
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors landscape architecture
- Know‑how in integration and extension of SAP applications, e.g., Business Technology Platform (BTP) and third‑party applications
- Basic knowledge of and interest in new technologies, e.g., Microsoft Azure, SAP Build or other platforms
- Certification in at least one SuccessFactors module
- Confident and persuasive presence, strong communication skills, and excellent analytical and conceptual abilities
- Fluent English and fluent German
