About the role

  • Work in (inter)national integration projects within the SuccessFactors environment
  • Use technical expertise to identify customer requirements
  • Ensure integration of cloud solutions into existing customer systems
  • Oversee integration and interface development during the implementation of SuccessFactors
  • Individual development plan and internal & external training to deepen expertise

Requirements

  • Solid professional experience in designing HR system landscapes and IT architectures
  • Ideally experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, BTP and ABAP (OO)
  • Strong customer orientation and ability to stay calm during high-pressure project phases
  • Communicative and enjoys working in a team
  • Willingness to work on-site at customer locations for consulting projects
  • Good English skills
