Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and execute test cases for high-power EV charging systems, including integration, electrical, thermal, and software testing.
Perform component-level and system-level validation to ensure product reliability and performance.
Monitor, analyze, and document test results, identifying issues and supporting root-cause investigations.
Contribute to the definition and continuous improvement of the testing strategy and validation processes.
Develop and maintain dedicated test setups, test benches, and automated testing solutions.
Collaborate closely with hardware, software, and system engineering teams to ensure product quality throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Embedded Systems, or a related technical field.
Proven experience in testing and validation of embedded systems, charging infrastructure, power electronics, or automotive systems.
Strong understanding of system integration, verification, and validation methodologies.
Experience with electrical, thermal, hardware-software integration, or system-level testing.
Familiarity with test automation, test bench development, and defect tracking processes is considered an advantage.
ISTQB certification is a plus.
Ability to work independently, proactively, and in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a systems-thinking approach.
Fluent English is required; German and/or Italian language skills are considered an advantage.
