About the role

  • Analyze, document, and optimize business processes with emphasis on IT- and software-supported automation
  • Plan and manage IT-related process improvement projects from conception through implementation
  • Gather and evaluate business requirements, define objectives, and translate them into actionable project plans
  • Create detailed documentation, including process maps, instructions, and project timelines
  • Assess impact of proposed changes and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
  • Lead workshops and meetings with stakeholders to align on project goals and timelines
  • Ensure business processes comply with internal standards and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and milestones using suitable project management tools
  • Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related discipline
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in business process consulting or IT project management
  • Experience in process design, mapping, and optimization
  • Successfully led or supported IT-driven process improvement or system implementation projects
  • Comfortable collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders
  • Experience with common project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project) is a plus
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or comparable certifications are a bonus, but not required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong conflict resolution skills
  • Willing to travel and collaborate with teams across multiple locations
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
