Drive day-to-day delivery excellence across client and internal initiatives.
Plan, coordinate, and execute projects end to end, ensuring scope, timelines, budget, quality, and stakeholder expectations are managed proactively.
Work closely with consultants and client stakeholders to keep execution on track, surface risks early, and maintain clear, timely communication.
Contribute to PMO reporting by keeping project data accurate, supporting forecasting, and helping improve delivery templates, standards, and tooling.
Lead the preparation of missions, ensuring all necessary information, frameworks, and documentation are in place ahead of project kick-off.
Facilitate and structure project kickoff meetings, ensuring clear alignment on objectives, scope, responsibilities, and timelines.
Provide continuous operational support throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Experience (3+ years) in delivery management, professional services, or project management, preferably in cybersecurity, telecommunications, or technology consulting.
Proven track record of managing complex, project-based service delivery in a B2B environment.
Proficiency with FURIOUS and Notion - Knowledge Management a plus.
Communication and stakeholder management abilities, comfortable interfacing with executives and technical teams alike.
