About the role
- Support our clients across the entire value chain through consulting assignments in strategy, organization and project management
- Broaden your experience and strengthen your skills across a variety of assignment types
- Participate in projects to design and launch new product and service offerings
- Performance improvement & management: audits, reorganization, process optimization
- Regulatory compliance: GDPR, AML/CFT, ESG/SFDR & CSRD, IDD, PRIIPs, PACTE Law
- Support in selecting operational services and IT solutions
- Digitalization of business processes
Requirements
- Engineering degree, business school diploma or Master's degree (Master 2), ideally with a specialization in Finance / Insurance
- Minimum 3 years' experience in organizational consulting within the finance / insurance sector
- Knowledge of financial products (collective investment funds/UCITS, equities, bonds, private equity, etc.)
- Familiarity with the savings market, life insurance and distribution channels
- Project methodology
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Professional level of English
