About the role

  • Support clients across the entire value chain through advisory assignments in strategy, organization and project management
  • Work on transformation issues at various levels
  • Conduct feasibility studies
  • Transform organizations, processes and tools
  • Drive digitalization and change management
  • Broaden experience and consolidate skills through a variety of assignments: opportunity studies & launch of new activities, development of new product & service offerings within the scope of social protection, performance improvement & management, regulatory compliance, support in selecting operational or IT services and solutions, digitization of business processes

Requirements

  • Engineering degree, business school diploma or Master’s degree (M2) with a specialization in Finance/Insurance
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an insurance consulting firm, or within an insurance company, mutual insurer or provident institution
  • Knowledge of complementary health and provident insurance products (individual and/or group)
  • Familiarity with the social protection environment and French market players (insurers, brokers, delegated administrators, mutuals)
  • Project management methodology
  • Professional proficiency in English
