About the role
- You will join our Insurance Business Unit (BU), which supports insurer, distributor and insurtech clients in managing their information systems evolution and architecture projects.
- Work on assignments with business (Maîtrise d’Ouvrage) teams or IT departments on a variety of projects such as: selection of new IT solutions from RFP to implementation; IT system evolutions driven by regulatory changes or the launch of new insurance products; definition of IT roadmaps; Data Management challenges.
- Contribute to our knowledge capitalization (market studies, regulatory and technology watch, benchmarking, etc.).
Requirements
- Degree from an engineering school, business school, or a university Master's degree with a specialization relevant to our activities.
- You have initial experience in a consulting firm operating in the insurance sector, or as an employee within an insurance group in organizational or project management roles, with solid knowledge of one or more insurance business lines.
- This insurance domain expertise is our hallmark and therefore a prerequisite for the successful delivery of our projects and for this recruitment process.
- We do not have opportunities for generalist MOA profiles.
- You have a commitment to excellence and a strong client focus; your autonomy and rigor will ensure rapid progression within our teams.
- Strong writing skills and proficiency with presentation tools are definite assets.
