About the role
- Supporting clients across the entire value chain through consulting engagements in strategy, organization, and project management
- Conducting opportunity/feasibility studies, launching new activities, and developing new product and service offerings
- Regulatory compliance: GDPR, AML/CFT (LCB-FT), ESG/SFDR & CSRD, MiFID II, PRIIPs, Loi PACTE
- Digitalization of business processes (digital customer journeys, e-signature, process automation/robotic process automation)
Requirements
- Engineering degree, business school diploma, or Master’s degree (M2) with a specialization in Finance / Insurance / Wealth Management
- Minimum 3 years of consulting experience in the financial sector
- Knowledge of financial products (UCITS/collective investment funds, equities, bonds, private equity, etc.)
- Knowledge of the savings market, life insurance, and distribution channels
- Strong command of project management methodology in a consulting environment
- Professional working proficiency in English
