About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop end-to-end Motion Design projects, from understanding the brief and visual concept through to final video delivery.
- Create dynamic graphic compositions, animated lettering, GCs (character generators) and smooth transitions that align with each brand's identity.
- Perform video editing with precise cuts, pacing and color treatment (color correction/color grading).
- Work with animation of complex elements, including basic 3D concepts and applications.
- Ensure visual consistency and strict application of brand guidelines for major clients.
- Organize workflows, file naming conventions and project folders to ensure team alignment and fast delivery.
- Collaborate closely with creative, account and other teams involved in the workflow for major brands.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Film, Audiovisual or related fields (or equivalent practical experience)
- Availability to attend our headquarters (this is a hybrid role)
- Submission of a portfolio/showreel demonstrating practical experience and technical proficiency in design and animation
- Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and manage your own workload efficiently
- Previous experience producing motion design assets for brands and/or working within advertising agencies.
