Content Analyst – Social Media

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- End-to-end content creation for social media (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn), email marketing sequences, and blog articles
- Keen eye for photography, set styling, and capturing short-form videos
- Advanced mastery of CapCut to turn raw footage into engaging videos
- Ability to mimic different clients' personas, adapting voice and tone naturally
- Manage own workflow using tools like Notion and Runrun.it
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Communication or a related field
- Availability to work on-site at our headquarters (hybrid work model)
- Fluency in Portuguese and proven experience in content production
- Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and lead squads
- Previous experience creating content for social media and/or working in advertising agencies
- Established experience in content production (portfolio required)
- Proficiency with mobile editing tools (CapCut is essential)
- Understanding of visual aesthetics, framing, and lighting
- Proficiency with organizational and productivity tools
- Assertive communication skills
- Proactive in suggesting ideas, sharing insights, and asking questions
