About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Schedule execution: support the operationalization of content calendars for social media and other channels, ensuring deliverables are published on time;
Write captions, short blog texts and email marketing copy, as well as scripts, always respecting the brand's tone of voice;
Reporting support: assist with collecting social media data and metrics for the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports;
Interaction & community: monitor comments and interactions on social media, reporting feedback to the squad as needed;
Operational support: help organize materials for photo and video sessions and provide logistical support on studio or off-site shoot days.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent writing skills and strong command of Portuguese;
Digital knowledge: stay up to date with social tools (especially Instagram, TikTok and Facebook) and current trends;
Extremely organized to handle multiple demands and eager to learn the strategic side of the business;
Fast capture and editing of short-form video (Reels/TikTok);
