About the role

  • Conduct telephone prospecting to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop high-quality sales presentations and creative proposals
  • Plan and execute sales and mailing campaigns
  • Independently run social media campaigns for lead generation and brand building
  • Organize appointments, meetings, travel and events
  • Actively support sales: handle customer inquiries
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals

Requirements

  • Student (preferably in Economics, (Business) Informatics, Business Administration or a related field)
  • Enthusiasm for HR and IT topics and an interest in AI in the HR context
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong communication skills, initiative, creativity and the ability to work in a team
  • Enjoy interacting with customers and working in sales
  • Interest in later developing into a Sales Manager role
