Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience in sales
- Experience selling complex services or software solutions is an advantage
- Interest in New Work, transformation and HR – you understand how the market is evolving
- Self‑initiative – you don’t wait for tasks but proactively set things in motion
- Creativity and enthusiasm for storytelling to engage customers emotionally
- Ability to think strategically and optimize sales processes
- A confident, compelling presence at events, in videos and on social media
