About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create awareness and generate interest in Oyster through outbound prospecting
- Partner seamlessly with Sales Executives to drive mid-market and SMB pipeline velocity
- Qualify and schedule high-value meetings that convert into tangible sales opportunities
- Present and clearly articulate Oyster’s global employment platform to target buyers
- Organize, optimize, and manage your pipeline for maximum efficiency
- Serve as the voice of the market, collaborating with the GTM team to translate buyer intelligence into strategy
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 6 months of demonstrated success in a customer-centric role
- Familiarity with B2B prospecting tools (Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
- A genuine passion for remote work and curiosity about the evolving trends
- A reliable home internet connection
- Fluent English language skills
