Senior People Experience Specialist
OysterSenior People Experience Specialist driving change for global remote work environment. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance employee experience and operational workflows across diverse locations.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with the broader People team and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver People Experience initiatives that align business strategy and goals.
- Partner with the People team to refine the full employee experience and build supporting processes.
- Automate and improve People workflows throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, compensation and reward, and performance management.
- Lead Hibob optimization, and the subsequent change management.
- Identify areas for improvement in existing People programs and operations and propose and deliver new initiatives to address gaps.
- Act as an escalation point for complex, global queries from Oyster employees.
- Capture and analyze People data to define key metrics and build people dashboards.
- Write clear and succinct articles for our knowledge base, and to help our employees navigate our exciting programs and initiatives.
- Develop and deliver internal communications that aligns with Oyster’s goals.
- Serve as an architect for AI integration within the People Team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience working within a highly collaborative and cross-functional Senior People Operations or People Experience role.
- Proven capability and the enthusiasm and willingness to mentor and support others in their journey to being a People Ops pro.
- Experience working as a HiBob (or a similar HRIS) Admin with a focus on continuous improvement, optimization and automation of processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build cross-functional relationships.
- A confident communicator and storyteller who can own the narrative for the People Team.
- Exposure & experience to broad HR principles and practices - ideally on a global level.
- Ability to handle sensitive information independently and an awareness of the criticality of data privacy.
- Ability to capture, analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and maintain your initiative around the work you are responsible for.
- Strong Project Management skills with the ability to define, craft and deliver pieces of work in an agile environment.
- [BONUS] Experience working with project management, documentation and collaboration tools such as Asana, Notion, Loom and Miro.
