About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end program execution for airspace awareness, Airspace Management, and C-UAS initiatives, from planning through fielding and sustainment.
Serve as the operational authority on airspace management, deconfliction, and range integration.
Translate operational requirements into technical and programmatic execution plans.
Oversee the integration of multi-sensor systems (radar, RF, EO/IR) into a unified COP.
Coordinate closely with Range Control, Airspace Management Authorities, and operational units to ensure alignment with mission needs.
Manage system fielding activities, including site surveys, installation, testing, and acceptance.
Lead and synchronize cross-functional teams (engineering, logistics, FSEs, and partners).

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in military operations, with direct involvement in airspace management and deconfliction.
Demonstrated experience working within or alongside Range Control / Installation Range Operations.
Strong working knowledge of Range Facility Management Support System (RFMSS).
Experience with or exposure to Airspace Management concepts, systems, or airspace coordination for UAS operations.
Experience in fielding and integrating systems and sensors in operational environments.
Proven ability to manage complex programs involving multiple stakeholders and technical domains.
Familiarity with TAK (ATAK/WinTAK) or similar COP environments highly desired.
