Instructional Designer

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, design, and facilitate comprehensive faculty training sessions on online teaching tools
- Provide expert consultation and ongoing support to faculty and subject matter experts
- Develop, curate, and deliver both synchronous and asynchronous instructional resources
- Collaborate in the integration and continual improvement of quality standards for online teaching
- Research, evaluate, and integrate emerging educational technologies into the online teaching environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology or related field
- At least two years' experience as an Instructional Designer, Online Instructor, or Instructional Technology Support Specialist
- Advanced skills in Learning Management Systems (LMS), multimedia creation tools (e.g., Camtasia), webinar platforms, and software such as MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and interface design tools
