About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead projects from initial concept through to production-ready applications.
- Select and evaluate the best tech stack and tools for each project.
- Develop front-end and back-end solutions primarily with TypeScript (React, Node, Tailwind).
- Integrate AI capabilities using tools such as LangChain, OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, and Azure AI.
- Set up analytics and event tracking (e.g., Mixpanel, PostHog).
- Validate technologies through practical, real-world testing.
- Collaborate closely with designers, researchers, and users to build truly useful products.
- Communicate directly with clients, ask insightful questions, and clarify goals.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5+ years of experience in full-stack development (React, Node, TypeScript).
- Experience taking the technical lead on at least one major project.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a drive to turn ideas into working products.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to work independently.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
- Passion for learning and experimenting with new technologies.
- Big bonus: previous experience or side projects involving AI.
