About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the release lifecycle (planning, coordination, tracking and communication)
Ensure consistency and reliability of transport processes across application environments (SAP and non-SAP)
Define and evolve release management standards in collaboration with project and run teams
Implement and administer ALM tools (SAP Solution Manager, SAP Cloud ALM, Git, etc.)
Prepare and lead cutover phases (scheduling, coordination, risk management and communication)
Produce and maintain documentation (release roadmaps, checklists, quality reporting, best-practice guides)

Requirements

What you’ll need

5 to 8 years of experience in Release Management and/or application transport management
Master’s degree (engineering school, university, or equivalent)
Initial experience in a consulting or client-facing environment
Proficiency with ALM and SAP DevOps tools (Solution Manager, Cloud ALM, Git, Jenkins, etc.)
Good understanding of SAP and/or complex application landscapes
Professional English (spoken and written)
ITIL, DevOps or SAP certifications (a plus)
Strong communication and coordination skills (a plus)
Interest in continuous improvement and industrializing practices (a plus)
