About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work toward creating competence in a specific Ovative subject matter such as media, measurement, or strategy
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital media programs
- Perform A/B testing and landing-page testing recommendations
- Develop on-page and off-page optimization recommendations
- Prepare weekly and monthly reporting
- Pace budgets and goals
- Build, test, and optimize creative assets
- Create and optimize audiences
- Support promotions
- Conduct heavy data analysis, reporting, and insights on digital media performance
- Plan, strategize, document, execute, and optimize cross-channel campaigns
- Execute discrete analyses using analytical tools
- Translate analyses into insights through slides, documents, and emails for clients
- Manage work independently with initial direction from a manager
- Understand clients' businesses and industries and connect work to broader project and client goals
- Support development of client-facing solutions and deliverables, including PowerPoint pitches and competitive/landscape audits
- Participate in onboarding bootcamp and meet with senior leaders for project work and informational interviews
Requirements
What you’ll need- Prior professional experience is not required
- Ability to think critically, break down problems, and propose solutions through academic projects, internships, volunteer, or work experiences
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to share ideas effectively in group projects, presentations, or customer-facing interactions
- Consistently produce accurate, thorough, and organized work
- Ability to work respectfully and professionally with peers, instructors, teammates, or external stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks or projects and complete them with limited supervision
- Examples of leadership, initiative, or ownership in academic, extracurricular, or work settings
- Familiarity with basic tools such as MS Office, Google Workspace, or similar software
- Permanent US work authorization required
- Temporary work authorization such as CPT or OPT is not accepted
