About the role

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients; serve as primary point of contact
  • Conduct regular check-ins to assess satisfaction and identify support opportunities
  • Identify new commercial opportunities; collaborate on client acquisition and cross-selling strategies
  • Represent the institution at industry events and networking opportunities
  • Analyze client financial statements and business plans to assess creditworthiness
  • Guide clients through loan application process and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Partner with underwriting teams to facilitate loan approvals and resolve issues
  • Advocate for clients by providing feedback on expectations and market trends
  • Monitor client accounts to identify risks and collaborate on mitigation strategies
  • Maintain accurate records, loan agreements, and prepare reports on client performance and portfolio status

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in commercial lending or financial services preferred
  • Proficiency in financial analysis tools and CRM software
  • Strong knowledge of commercial lending products, policies, and market trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to analyze financial data and make sound recommendations
  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • High level of professionalism and commitment to client satisfaction
