Paid Advertising, Social Media Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage all paid media campaigns and maximise conversions for B2B business: PPC, Google Search and Google Ads.
- Work closely with Marketing Managers and Product Marketing to execute paid campaigns.
- Support campaign strategy, setup, execution, and performance measurement.
- Implement and support ABM and highly targeted campaigns, primarily on LinkedIn.
- Co-own the end-to-end execution of our YouTube channel clean-up and relaunch project.
- Manage the creation and publishing of video content according to an existing plan.
- Perform basic video editing (training provided).
- Coordinate with external creative agencies or freelancers for advanced video production.
- Co-own the activation and growth of our Reddit presence.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hands-on experience deploying paid advertising strategies and campaign in paid media platforms, particularly with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Hands-on mindset with strong execution skills.
- Experience supporting ABM or highly targeted B2B campaigns.
- Basic video editing skills or willingness to learn, ideally using platforms such as Canva, PowerDirector, or Microsoft ClipChamp.
- Strong project management and coordination abilities.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, product marketing, and content teams.
