About the role

  • The Sr. Paid Media Strategist is responsible for creation and execution of integrated, search engine marketing or pay-per-click (PPC) and paid social strategies that improve relevant website traffic and ultimately drive qualified leads (and/or sales) for their clients.
  • This individual is part of the Enterprise 1 Team and works closely on integrated strategies with other service teams towards unified goals.
  • Plan, develop, and execute advanced integrated, multi-platform paid media strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and emerging platforms, tailored to client needs and goals, ensuring top-tier results within allocated budgets and timeframes.
  • Measure and report on campaign performance, including lead trends/revenue, budget allocation, and quality of search terms.
  • Create insightful, action-oriented monthly reports, clearly communicating performance and strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Collaborate with the immediate team and cross-departmentally on integrated marketing strategies aligned with client business goals.
  • Conduct in-depth competitor and audience analysis to inform campaign strategies and identify market opportunities.
  • Lead client calls with accessible presentations of complex data, facilitating productive strategy discussions and maintaining regular communication to address concerns proactively.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4+ years of relevant Paid Media experience in an agency environment.
  • Experience in training and mentoring others in Paid Media.
  • Experience in digital marketing or paid advertising through coursework, internships, a previous role, or you have related digital marketing experience in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta Ads.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic experience is a plus.
  • Experience in Google Analytics or other analytics tools where you've measured results.
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate to Clients & Teammates in an approachable, credible manner both verbally and in writing as the role is client-facing.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, with a sense of urgency to get things done.
  • Customer service experience where you managed client relationships or had an influence on customer experience.
  • Demonstrate expertise & understanding in using spreadsheet functions and formulas to analyze, identify trends, and summarize data.
  • Consultative, analytical background through agency or client freelance contracts.
